In the lead up to Earth Hour this Saturday, domain.com.au today launched an easy guide to saving energy in the home. Earth Hour invites all Sydney households and businesses to turn off their lights for an hour at 7.30pm this Saturday. The domain.com.au guide shows how consumers can make an impact long after the lights come back on.

Roosters kick off the lights for Earth Hour

Sydney City Roosters is proud to get behind Earth Hour, which will see Sydney businesses and residents turn their lights off for one hour at 7.30pm on March 31 in a huge environmental initiative aimed at reducing the city's greenhouse gas emissions.

Students of NSW to join Earth Hour

On March 30, 2007 the students and teachers of New South Wales will lead by example and demonstrate their commitment to Earth Hour. Students and teachers will turn off lights and appliances during their morning recess and lunch break to show Australia how easy it is to reduce global warming.

Green is the new black - Ksubi partners with Earth Hour

How do you save the earth and look good at the same time?

The lads from Ksubi know there is nothing cool about global warming and are using their line of "sad earth" t-shirts to promote Earth Hour, an environmental initiative aimed at reducing Sydney's greenhouse gashouse gas pollution by switching off the cities lights from 7:30pm to 8:30pm on Saturday 31 March.
