If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will cheerfully refund or replace your goods. Just return the item within 28 days of receipt with a short note to: WWF-Australia Panda Shop Returns, Reply Paid 6887, Parramatta NSW 2150.
Terms and Conditions
- Please allow 14 working days for delivery from receipt of order.
- Please note that goods are available only while stocks last.
- Orders totaling more than $51.00 will be sent via registered mail.
- Orders made by supporters overseas will also be charged additional postage.
- Orders can be posted to: WWF-Australia Panda Shop, Reply Paid 6887, Parramatta NSW 2150 Tel: 1800 251 573 (during business hours)
- All prices include GST.
- Orders placed after the 10th of December cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Day.
- Please note that orders received after the 23rd of December 2008 will be dispatched from the 5th of January 2009. Our warehouse will be closed between that time.
