| Tyrrell's Selection Semillon Chardonnay Herbaceous and grassy, fresh, rich, tropical fruit flavours are echoed on the lengthy palate, finishing with a crisp balanced acid. Cabernet Sauvignon 2002 Mulberry and plum fruit characters dominate the nose, with intense, varietal characters on the palate. The result is a ripe wine with subtle structured tannin on the finish. Tyrrell's Classic Chardonnay 2003 A medium bodied wine with aromas of stone fruit and subtle vanilla oak. The palate is generously flavoured, towards a white peach citrus flavour with hints of spicy oak and a clean, crisp finish. Shiraz 2003 Displays aromas of ripe plums, chocolate and vanilla essence.
