How do I get a tax receipt for my donation?

For any one-off donations, your tax receipt will be issued immediately by email.

If you are a regular giver, your end-of-financial-year (EOFY) tax receipt will be emailed to you once it has been prepared. If we don't have your email address, your receipt will arrive by post in August.

When will I get my FY26 EOFY tax receipt?

We’re currently preparing FY26 end-of-financial-year tax receipts and will be issued once they are ready.

Most supporters will receive their receipt by email. If we don't have your email address, your receipt will be sent by post, which may take a little longer to arrive.

Can you reissue my receipt in another name?

We’re only able to issue the receipt in the name of the person who has made the contributions. If the name on the receipt needs to be changed, please forward a copy of the bank/credit card statement showing the name of the account holder to hello@wwf.org.au, and we’ll be able to amend the name on the receipt.

How do I download my FY26 EOFY tax receipt so that I can view it later?

Windows users: Click the orange 'Print' button and then select 'Save as PDF' from the dropdown menu; or right-click on the web page and select save as "Web page, Complete".

Apple users: Click the orange 'Print' button and then select 'Save to files'; or click the share icon and select "Add to reading list".

The information in my FY26 EOFY tax receipt is not displaying as expected or is blank. What can I do?

If you’ve clicked through from your FY26 tax receipt email and the information on the landing page is not displaying as expected or is blank, please try accessing it via a different device (e.g. desktop, tablet or mobile) or web browser (e.g. Chrome or Safari).

Where can I find my FY25 EOFY tax receipt?

If you made a one-off donation in FY25, you would have received your tax receipt immediately after donating via email.

If you're a Regular Giver your end-of-financial-year tax receipt was issued in July 2025. The email was sent from hello@wwf.org.au.

I can’t find my original FY25 EOFY tax receipt. How can I get a new copy?

If you've not received your FY25 tax receipt, please let us know, and we can resend it. You can give us a call on 1800 032 551 or send an email to hello@wwf.org.au. We're available Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (AEST), excl. public holidays.
