The Results
These results are current as of 15 April 2025.WWF Recommendation: Invest 1% of the budget into nature.
Currently less than 0.1% of the budget is spent on protecting nature.
WWF Recommendation: Complete the reform of Australia’s nature laws.
Weak national nature laws continue to allow the destruction of habitats critical to threatened species, worsening the extinction crisis.
WWF Recommendation: Lead global and regional ocean protection.
Our oceans are in peril. WWF-Australia is calling for strong measures to safeguard marine habitats and create safe pathways for wildlife.
WWF Recommendation: Build an economy that protects nature instead of harming it.
Australia’s economic and financial systems continue to rapidly degrade nature.
WWF Recommendation: Replace fossil fuels with renewable energy.
