How do I get a tax receipt for my donation? For any one-off donations, your tax receipt will be issued immediately by email. If you are a regular giver, your end of financial year (EOFY) tax receipt will be emailed to you in mid-July. If we don't have your email address, your receipt will arrive by post in early August.

When will I get my FY24 EOFY tax receipt? In 2024, end of financial year tax receipts are scheduled to be issued on July 15th. If we need to send if via mail it will be early August.

Can you reissue my receipt in another name? We’re only able to issue the receipt in the name of the person who has made the contributions. If the name on the receipt needs to be changed, please forward a copy of the bank/credit card statement showing the name of the account holder to hello@wwf.org.au and we’ll be able to amend the name on the receipt.

How do I download my FY24 EOFY tax receipt so that I can view it later?

Windows users: Click the orange 'Print' button and then select 'Save as PDF' from the dropdown menu; or right-click on the web-page and select save as "Webpage, Complete".

Apple users: Click the orange 'Print' button and then select 'Save to files'; or click the share icon and select "Add to reading list".

The information in my FY24 EOFY tax receipt is not displaying as expected or is blank. What can I do? If you’ve clicked through from your FY24 tax receipt email and the information on the landing page is not displaying as expected or is blank, please try accessing it via a different device (e.g. desktop, tablet or mobile) or web browser (e.g. Chrome or Safari).

If the issue persists, you can enter the email address your receipt was sent to via this form and then reopen your receipt again in the same browser.

Alternatively, you can simply print out the receipt contained in your annual tax receipt email.

Where can I find my FY23 EOFY tax receipt? If you made a one-off donation in FY23, you would have received your tax receipt immediately after donating via email. The email was sent from enquiries@wwf.org.au. If you're a Regular Giver your end of financial year tax receipt was issued on 14th July 2023. The email was sent from enquiries@wwf.org.au.

I can’t find my original FY23 EOFY tax receipt. How can I get a new copy? If you've not received your tax receipt, please let us know and we can re-send it.
