Andy The Koala Returns Home 🐨

Wild Koala Day is on 3 May. This special day is all about protecting Australia’s iconic and beloved species, the koala.

Andy the koala was rescued by Ipswich Koala Protect Society after a dog attack. Thanks to the dedication of koala carers like Marilyn, who has hand-reared 120 baby koalas, Andy was released to the wild after four months of rehabilitation.

The generosity of WWF-Australia supporters and furniture company Koala has allowed us to support the rehabilitation of koalas, including Andy at Ipswich Koala Protection Society and the RSPCA.
